Revenue Operations Consulting and Special Projects
If you’re stuck and unsure how to improve your revenue operations, we will strategically work through your revenue issues and goals together until we find the right solution for you. You may need:
- Better alignment between your marketing strategy, messaging, sales team, and/or customer success
- More robust sales processes or help implementing and supporting processes through training and technology
- Prospecting and networking consulting for maintaining a stronger book of business
- Increased support, coaching, and training for your sales team
Sales Role Placements
Working with the founder or owner who is ready to build or grow their sales team, we will strategize how to create a sales role suitable for your business and goals. Then, we’ll hone in on the type of salesperson you need and the data points that will be important for them to meet. Finally, I will find qualified, coachable candidates and assist you in interviewing the shortlist that I develop.
After you hire the best choice(s), I will train them for 12 weeks to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to bring in the most qualified clients for your business.
Ongoing 1:1 Coaching
Personalized coaching focuses on your communication skills, personal mindset, revenue challenges, business goals, and sales and marketing concerns. 1-1 is usually most appropriate for founders, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, freelancers, and sales managers, but I am also willing to discuss individual coaching for salespeople.
Continued Group Coaching
Not everybody has the time or budget to invest in 1:1 Coaching but still want continued support. That’s where Sales Practice Lab comes in. In a warm group setting, you’ll gain and reinforce conversational fundamentals that close deals and uncover your best fitting clients.
CRM Setups and Consulting
Whether you aren’t getting the most out of the CRM you have or your team has yet to use CRMs and sales tracking, I can help. A strong, fully utilized CRM is crucial to your business’s success—from optimizing customer satisfaction to ensuring your salespeople are on track to hit sales targets.
Based on your goals and the performance metrics and KPIs necessary for your success and growth, we will build or improve a CRM optimized for everybody’s needs. If needed, I will also work with the sales team during onboarding calls to ensure each member fully grasps its use and necessity.
Message Alignment
Messaging alignment is the most fundamental way you gain your best clients. It should be consistent in the way you talk about your values, products and services, and business. And it should be reflected in both your marketing and your personal communications.
If your business is struggling with message alignment, we will talk to your current clients to get their perspective on what makes you great. With this information, we will advise you on how to build messaging that aligns with your business’s products and services. Then, I’ll help make sure it is reflected in your marketing and, most importantly, conversations.

Networking is a vital part of any business’s growth, and LinkedIn is an excellent place to grow your network. But it takes time and effort.

Fractional Sales Management usually solves for an entire team or company. However, we do offer individual Elite Peak Performance Sales Coaching on a case-by-case basis.
